Subcommander Kail is a Romulan Republic officer found at the Romulan Flotilla. He represents Romulan Temporal Defense, and serves as a guide to players during the Delta Recruitment Event.

“Time and Tide”: Kail is present in 2769 to witness the signing of the Temporal Accords.
“Ragnarok”: Kail participates in the Battle of Procyon V, and is present at Chekov's briefing.
