The Ketha Lowlands are a rather poor region of Qo'noS, characterized by agriculture. The House of Martok has a mansion there, as Chancellor Martok's parents were both from the Ketha Province.

Missions involved

• “Bringing Down the House”: Lady Sirella requests the player and Alexander Rozhenko to hunt down an assassin she suspects in the Ketha Lowlands. Although the player thwarts the attempt of the Romulan Tarsen to detonate an explosive at the Martok Mansion, Tarsen escapes and manages to kill Sirella's grandson M'ven on Forcas III.
• “The House Always Wins”: Back at the Martok estates in the Ketha Lowlands, Worf performs the Ak'voh for M'ven, sending his spirit to Sto-vo-kor.
