Kobali Hyper-Impulse Engines have exceptional output with high power requirements. They are slow at low power settings, but they have the highest maximum speed. Kobali power systems can efficiently transfer a portion of many sub-systems to their structural integrity field. These engines are no different. While equipped, your starship will benefit from increased hull regeneration, this regeneration bonus scales with Engine Power.

- Affects Friend and Self (20 max)
- 5 kilometer Sphere
- 2 min recharge
- To you and nearby allies for 15 sec:
- * Gain 20% of incoming energy damage as healing
- (Max 20 times per second, always heals between 100 and 20,000)
