The Kobali Samsar-class Cruiser is a Tier 6 Cruiser which may be flown by characters of any faction. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from the Phoenix Prize Pack, for 1 [Epic Prize Token - Phoenix Prize Pack]; this ship box cannot be sold or traded. Those who obtained it from a previous 5 Year Anniversary event for 1000 Anniversary Qmendations may find this vessel in the “Reclaim Rewards” store, accessible via the "Events" UI. It can also be earned on Xbox live as a reward on the ARC app for 9000 arc points.

Overview

Though designed with help from Starfleet, KDF, and Romulan engineers, the first Kobali-produced warship bears little resemblance to the starships fielded by the fleets of the Delta Alliance. The Samsar-class primary hull is long and slim, its surfaces arranged from numerous flat surfaces. Its bow is enlarged, with the forward viewing windows shielded by a pair of canards. A tower-like bridge module extends from the aft dorsal hull, above the impulse engines, which are arranged in a linear tiered fashion. The warp nacelles are mounted at the ends of two wing-like extensions. Windows along the hull are concentrated in recessed seams in the hull plating, to prevent a loss of integrity in combat. This ship includes the Kobali Bridge.

Opening the Kobali Samsar Cruiser Requisition Pack will also give the player a [Kobali Field Stabilizing Warp Core MK XII] and, if a Romulan Republic player, a [Kobali Field Stabilizing Singularity Core MK XII].

• The Kobali Samsar Cruiser could be earned by completing the “Collect 2015 Anniversary Event Rewards” Event Reputation project during the 5 Year Anniversary Event. While this limited-time project required a total of 1000 , the player was rewarded with 400 of these tokens as a one-time bonus the first time they completed the Feature Episode, “Dust to Dust” during the event.
