The Legendary D'deridex-class Miracle Worker Warbird Battlecruiser is a Tier 6 Warbird Battlecruiser which may be flown by Romulan Republic characters, as well as characters of any other faction. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from the Zen Store as part of the Legendary Romulan Warbird Bundle for 12,000 .

Overview

The D'deridex-class Warbird Battlecruiser was the foundation of the Romulan Star Empire's forces in the 24th Century. Drastically heavier than the T'liss-class Light Warbird and Dhelan-class Warbird, the D'deridex class is significantly more resilient and carries firepower comparable to Starfleet's Galaxy-class starship.

The D'deridex-class warbirds have been at the forefront of Romulan contact with other species, and vessels of this class acted as battleships during the Dominion War. When the first D'deridex Warbirds began appearing along the Neutral Zone after more than 50 years of Romulan isolation, those who witnessed their awesome size and imposing presence could not deny the effectiveness of their design in intimidating would-be foes merely through the act of decloaking. When it became obvious that the ship's numerous offensive and defensive systems were more than capable of backing up such intimidation tactics, it quickly helped to cement the Romulan Star Empire's place as a power to be reckoned with in this region of known space.

Although the face of the Romulan people has changed, and a new Republic has replaced the old Empire, the imposing form of the Legendary D'deridex-class Miracle Worker Warbird Battlecruiser is still a valued asset, even if it is now intended to inspire unity and hope, in place of fear.

D'ridthau class	SKIN UNLOCK: D'ridthau Warbird Battlecruiser, 150,000 The D'ridthau class is a more compressed variant of the standard D'deridex-class Battlecruiser, but still quite large. A distinctive wing pattern spans the hull and a much longer nose. The nacelles are twice as long and the ship sports two more nacelle-like devices at its rear base.
D'khellra class	SKIN UNLOCK: D'Khellra Warbird Battlecruiser, 3,000 An update of the feared D'deridex class, the D'Khellra-class incorporates technology first utilized on the Faeht class and Aelahl classes to give this ship improved capabilities for the difficult challenges the Republic will face in the Delta Quadrant. Despite having "D'Khellra" in its name, the Fleet D'Khellra Warbird Battlecruiser does not unlock the D'Khellra-class customization parts.
D'deridex class (Unity)	SKIN UNLOCK: Free with this starship The I.R.W. Unity was a specially constructed D’Deridex-class Warbird commissioned by Romulan Proconsul Neral in 2367. The Unity was built with lavish recreational and diplomatic facilities and was tasked with hosting delegations of colonies important to the Empire’s stagnating economy to establish influence with a softer touch. Her defensive capabilities were augmented as well to engage in “gunboat diplomacy” if the Empire’s new subjects decided not to roll out the red carpet. The Unity made several successful tours showing the flag throughout the Empire until it was attacked and captured by a cadre of Garidian rebels in 2379. The rebels took advantage of the confusion surrounding Shinzon’s coup to seize the Unity while it was visiting their homeworld. Once under their control, the Garidians re-painted the hull in stark gray and red; it was now a symbol of defiance against Imperial authority. The Unity stayed in service through the end of the 24th century and eventually joined the Romulan Republic fleet, where it serves today, proudly retaining its distinctive paint scheme.

Cyclical Quantum Slipstream Drive is a built-in ability which allows improved Sector Space travel speed of 107.8 (approx Warp 23) for 90 seconds instead of normal 30 seconds. Re-initializing it takes 30 seconds instead of the normal 120 seconds.

Innovation Effects

The Legendary D'deridex-class Miracle Worker Warbird Battlecruiser features built-in Innovation mechanic which requires activation of three bridge officer abilities corresponding to colors on the Innovation display window. Successfully matching the colors will automatically trigger the available Innovation effect for 10 seconds. One of six possible Innovation effects will be randomly selected each time the Innovation mechanic refreshes.
