Item description: Not all Liberated Borg choose to join the Cooperative. Some bring their considerable talents to members of the Alliance. This group of 47 Liberated Borg were all freed by the same military action. Two of their number did not survive the combat, valiantly sacrificing themselves to allow the rest to escape. The survivors took the designation "of 47" in their honor, reserving for them the numbers 1 and 2.

Exceptional Active Duty Abilities[]
Liberated Borg Specialist dutyofficers have exceptional Active Duty abilities that improve various parts of your ship’s function.
Each Duty Officer uses a different combination of Class and Specialty, which influences the nature of their Active Duty ability.
There are three different Active Duty abilities:
Cooperative Computing[]

Using a (Cmd/MW/Pilot/Temp/Int) Bridge Officer Ability has a 10% chance to trigger the same ability.
Once triggered, the ability cannot be triggered again until after the cooldown period.
