The Long Range Science Vessel Space Set consists of three consoles:
Usage[ | ]
Nadeon Detonator can be equipped on any vessel (only Federation variant is part of the set). The other consoles are limited to the ships below. All three consoles can be put into any console slot. Asterisk entries denote ships that issue that console.

This console allows you to modify any standard torpedo to generate a Photonic Shockwave upon impact.
First used by a Romulan captain at the Battle of Vorkado, the EMH of the U.S.S. Voyager successfully used this tactic against two Quarren ships in 2377 when he was temporarily in command of the ship.
The original Photonic Shockwave maneuver required targeting the torpedo with a directed energy weapon. However, equipping a torpedo with a nadeon detonator has been proven to be equally effective. This ability works with only standard torpedo types, and may not be compatible with more exotic projectile weaponry.

- You must have a Torpedo Launcher in order for the console to work.
- With the 20th of December 2012 patch, the Console works with every type of torpedo weapon (previously it worked only with photon torpedoes).

Game Description[ | ]
Developed from 25th century technology brought back by then Captain Kathryn Janeway and the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager when they returned from the Delta Quadrant, this console generates Ablative Armor around your ship, making you almost impenetrable. While it is active, shields and energy weapons will be offline.
This unique console mod may be equipped in any console slot on Tier 5+ Intrepid class variants.

Game Description[ | ]
The Pathfinder Long Range Science Vessel comes equipped with an Aero Shuttle Bay universal console, allowing the science vessel to deploy a useful support craft to aid the starship in combat. The Aero Shuttle provides support with offensive science abilities and is equipped with special phaser beam arrays that have a greater chance to knock the target's subsystems offline.
This unique console mod may be equipped in any console slot on Tier 5+ Intrepid class variants.
