Players can obtain this starship by claiming it from the "Events" UI after reclaiming it from the Promotion tab of the Zen Store if they obtained it from the "Pop Culture Hero Coalition" bundle. Players who earn this ship through its associated Event may visit the “Reclaim Rewards” store, accessible via the "Events" UI, to reclaim this starship on any character on the account. The ship is currently unobtainable for those who missed the event, but may be added to Mudd's Market or the Phoenix Prize Pack in the future.
Overview
The Terran Empire's Guardian-class Cruiser is remarkably similar to its Prime Universe counterpart. It was designed with versatility in mind and being capable of accomplishing nearly any classification of mission.
Class variants
Class | Information |
---|---|
SKIN UNLOCK: Free Designed as a versatile Long Range Expeditionary Cruiser capable of accomplishing nearly any classification of mission, the Guardian-class Cruiser is an evolution of the Ambassador and Galaxy class style of starship. Entering into service in 2410 with a crew of 1100, the Guardian is a large starship, with a length of 780 meters, over 20% longer than the Galaxy class. | |
Type 2 |
SKIN UNLOCK: Free The Type 2 variant of the Guardian class is more reminiscent of 24th-century starship design, with no "bumper" on its saucer, a smooth neck, and fewer raised structures on the secondary hull. The nacelle pylons are swept back and do not form a flat deck on the secondary hull, and there is no bifurcation on the Bussard collectors or nacelles, as well as individual nacelle symmetry. It also lacks the inner nacelles. |
Terran variant |
MATERIAL UNLOCK: Free with this starship The Terran Empire variant of the Guardian class is a mixture of the type 1 and 2 Federation variants, but with red Terran Empire livery (colors A6 -> A1). It utilizes the type 1 saucer, hull and inner nacelles, and the type 2 neck, stanchions and outer nacelles. |

Abilities
The Mirror Guardian-class Cruiser comes equipped with a [Console - Universal - Particle Conversion Matrix]. When activated your shields will become significantly more durable allowing them to absorb even more damage for a short time. During this time any incoming enemy energy weapon fire has a high chance of boosting your own energy weapon and exotic damage output. This console provides a passive bonus to Flight Turn Rate.
This console can only be equipped on the Mirror Guardian-class Cruiser and its Prime Universe variant, as well as that starship's fleet variant, but can be put into any of their console slots. You may only equip one of these consoles.

Notes
- This promotional starship was part of a special promotional ship bundle on site "Groupees" when purchasers donated a minimum of $10 in aid of charity "Pop Culture Hero Coalition", founded by actress Chase Masterson.
- This starship does not unlock the regular Guardian-class Cruiser, nor does it enable the discount for its Fleet variant. The Mirror Guardian Cruiser also does not have its own Fleet variant.
- The design of the Guardian class is strongly reminiscent of production concept art of the Ambassador class, as well as the sculpture of the U.S.S. Enterprise-C seen on the wall of the Enterprise-D's briefing room in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
