In Destiny the player sets out on a quest for a legendary weapon to use against the Fek'Ihri threat.

This mission was remasted as part of Season Twenty-two: House Reborn.

Synopsis

The player learns that the Sword of Kahless would be instrumental in countering the Fek'Ihri, as it was the legendary weapon that defeated them the first time. The player talks to the loresingers outside the Great Hall and learns its history, and that Worf knows more. The player then talks to Worf who reveals his history with the sword, his relationship with the emperor, and where to find Kahless. On arrival to the Sanek System, player finds the emperor's ship under attack by the Fek'Ihri. With the Klingon escort completely destroyed, player must defeat the Fek'Ihri fleet and clear the boarding party on the I.K.S. Batlh.

Mission Text

In legend, the Fek'Ihri are an army of the damned. Their return heralds the rise of their leader from the depths of Gre'thor. And, if Molor returns to the realm of the living, he will rule an empire of blood for a thousand years.

I did not take such things seriously until a Fek'Ihri invader nearly killed me in battle. Now...they have my full attention. I intend to make them regret it.

Speak to the Loresingers outside the Great Hall. Try to find some facts within the ancient myths. Perhaps you can discover what motivates these "demons"...and where they will strike next.
