The mission is automatically given to any captain reaching Rank 11. Dominion captains start at rank 60, but they can still receive rewards for this mission by unpacking [Honored First Duty Officer Pack] obtained on completion of “Turn the Tide” without the need to speak to their mission contact.

Each player will receive the identical roster of 20 Duty Officers of their faction. All Duty officers awarded are Character Bind on Pickup, however they are exchangeable for all but Dominion captains.

Awarded duty officers are presented below in the same order as they appear in the Roster window in game.
