You will receive the following reward:

The mission is automatically given and immediately resolved for any captain reaching Rank 15.

Romulan Republic captains will get either or reward below, depending on their allegiance. Dominion captains will not get this reward at all (even though they will get a reward for a similar mission “First Complement”).

All officers awarded are Common quality, Character Bind on Pickup and not exchangeable, and do not have any powers for active duty, or any traits. Officers for both factions are equivalent, except Emergency R&D Hologram: Quartermaster that belongs to a different department in each faction. None of the officers awarded belong to either Medical department or Civilian department. Some officers below (as indicated by footnotes) are special in that most other officers with the same specialization are usually found in a different department.
