Making Waves is a scheduled open mission which is available at the Summer Resort on Risa only during the Lohlunat Festival according to the Schedule.

When successful, the player receives an Account-shared 1 x Daily Event Progress upon completion once every 20 hours. When you collect a total 20 of these across your whole Account, you can claim the Event Grnad Prize from your Mission Journal on all characters on your Account.

Synopsis

Players compete in a Risa Powerboard race. Completing the race awards [Tropical Tags], which can be used on Duty Officer assignments to grow Risian Feather Monkey pets.

To accept this mission, players must travel to the start line of the race, located at the Promenade. One minute before the race begins, a "Join the Race" button will appear.
