Midnight is the eighth and final mission of the Iconian War episode.

One way or another, the war ends today.
The Iconians are massing for a final push toward the key worlds of the Alliance. We are gathering any remaining forces to mount a defense. And perhaps, if we are fortunate, we will be able to turn back time.

Notes[ | ]
- Midnight was released on September 10, 2015 as finale of the Iconian War arc. A special event is held until October 8. During this time, the mission has a minimum rank of 10 and rewards a new special [Featured Episode Weekly Reward] once per account, per week for an effective event total of three. The Reward Box contains a choice of either one [Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade], or one Specialization Point (claimable by all, but only usable on Level 50+ characters).
- During the cutscene where the player enters the temporal portal to travel to the past, Captain Va'Kel Shon quotes a passage from The Charge of the Light Brigade, which is also referenced in the mission “Boldly They Rode” and the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Sacrifice of Angels".
- When talking to Sela before leaving Iconia, she mentions how the Iconians "will incite the Undine to destroy Kessik IV". This is a referance to the mission "A Gathering Darkness". This refers to the pre-Season 10 planet, which is known named Omicron Kappa II.
- For some strange reason, after returning from the past and "re-watching" the scene in which the player first travels back the past, Noye's voice is distinctly different, suggesting that a different voice actor filled in for an unknown reason.
