The Orion Syndicate and Tal Shiar have been setting up pick up and drop off points of black market goods throughout the desert.

They send out a broadcast indicating their location and wait there for any black market dealers to show up, make a deal, then get out.

Now, I've got myself a frequency they're using today. I can give it to you and you can go out there and stop them and whoever they're making a deal with. Up for it?
