Mission Text[]
We've detected organic compounds in the rings of this planet, and our team theorizes that the radiogenic decay of elements in the rings provided enough heat to allow cellular reproduction.
If this is true, it's an amazing scientific breakthrough!
We will need to test this theory, however.
We need to know the rate of radiogenic decay, and the amount of energy emitted over time. This will require surveying the rings of the planet and scanning the largest asteroids.
Also, the Hirogen have recently been seeking prey in neighboring systems -- they could easily have made their way into this system.
Objectives[]
- Secure Lirss System
- Scan Organically Active Asteroids (4)
