Outline[ | ]

Mission text[ | ]

Federation[ | ]

I'm afraid I have bad news. Under the command of Emperor Crusher, the Other is approaching the Sol System, digitizing any vessels that dare to offer them challenge. We're calling in all available ships to form a defense here, including yours. If this is to be our last stand, I want our best and brightest on the line to meet the enemy in battle.

Klingon Empire[ | ]

The conflict with Emperor Crusher and The Other has reached a critical level. They are approaching the Sol System - the heart of the Federation - digitizing any vessels that dare to meet them in battle.

All available ships have been ordered to form a defense there, including yours. We will meet the enemy in battle, and if a path to victory exists, we will take it!

Glory to you, and your House, warrior. Fight with honor - Qapla'!

Romulan Republic[ | ]

The reports from Earth are grim. Emperor Crusher and the Other are closing in on the Sol system. They will no doubt strike a deathblow to the very heart of the Federation unless a means to defeat them can be found.

We will not stand idly by while the Federation falls. Make no mistake - if they die, it will only be a matter of time before the enemy comes to eradicate New Romulus as well.

So, we will stand with the Federation, and fight to the last at their side. Report to the Sol system... and may the Elements preserve us all.

Notes[ | ]

  • Depend on the player's faction, it is compulsory to speak to their respective captain, while the rest are optional. Starfleet players would be required to speak to Shon, Koren for Klingons, Jarok for Romulans and Loriss for Jem'Hadars.
  • When Beverly beams down in the opening cutscene, the camera points to the reactions of Worf, Kurn, and Geordi La Forge.
  • J'Ula dons her updated design as of this mission, previously only seen by Klingon players who visit her in First City.
  • The Rerik has the R.R.W. prefix added to its ship identification.
  • During the cutscene where V'Ger arrives, a Discovery-era Constitution-class ship is visible despite not being present anywhere else in the mission; this is presumably a bug.
  • The player views the memories of Beverly and Wesley while traversing through the Other, which contained references to Mirror Spock, Mirror Edward Jellico, and Mirror Jean-Luc Picard among them. These memories obliquely reference the IDW comic series Mirror Broken, where the Terran Empire is depicted as not having been completely conquered, as claimed by Intendant Kira in Crossover, but reduced to a rump state, by the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance (however, in said comic series, Spock is no longer Emperor and hasn't been for some time).
  • The cutscene where the player's ship emerges back in Sol after Mirror Wesley is cured is reminiscent of Star Trek: The Motion Picture when the original U.S.S. Enterprise does so.
  • As the digitized planets and ships are restored and V'Ger and C'Qer depart, an extended version of the Deep Space Nine theme plays.
  • Leeta becomes Empress of the Terran Empire in the epilogue cutscene, which also hints at possible upcoming content.
  • When in battle above Jupiter, Mars, and Earth, the plasma energy bolts can target you and will destroy your ship if they hit you.
    • When in orbit of Mars and you are hit by a Plasma Energy Bolt, you will loose the refugees you've beamed up.
    • The Energy Bolts will stop targeting you and your Allies when V'ger shows.
  • When you're inside The Other, your bridge officers may not cross the bridges you build. You can use the "Regroup Bridge Officers" when you reach the next island to bring them to you.
  • If you perform an evasive roll when interrupting the connection with Emperor Crusher, you can avoid being launched backwards.
