After successfully defeating Captain J'Ula, your orders are to go to the Arucanis Arm system with the U.S.S. Sebrova and rendezvous with the U.S.S. Ticonderoga, which is there analyzing spatial anomalies.

Go to the Pollux IV system, which is located in the Beta Quadrant, and meet with the U.S.S. Khitomer.
