- “A Gathering Darkness”: Martin sends the player the Omicron Kappa System to rescue a research team which had been developing a counteragent to the Borg nanovirus.
- “Assimilation”: Martin sends the player after the Undine vessel which had escaped the Omicron Kappa system.
- “Fluid Dynamics”: Martin sends the player to rendezvous with Admiral Tuvok and the U.S.S. Voyager to eliminate the Borg presence in Fluidic space.
