“Alliances”: The player speaks with Ambassador Norrick about joining a coalition of Delta Quadrant species to counter the threat of the Vaadwaur. Norrick is initially resistant, but when the Vaadwaur attack the Turei System and the Voth ignore his calls for aid, he starts to reconsider the player's offer.
