The Octanti Battlecruiser is a type of battle cruiser used by the Octanti in 2410. Already used during U.S.S. Voyager's journey throughout the Quadrant, these battle cruisers were capable of overpowering an Intrepid-class starship.

“Parein System Patrol”: The player encounters an Octanti named Jurran, commander of an Octanti Battlecruiser, in the Parein System, where he is attempting to destroy ships belonging to the Borg Cooperative. Player is forced to disable vessels of both factions to stop them from fighting one another.- “Unity”: The player joins liberated Borg Logan Kurtis in an effort to repair Octanti Captain Xar's battlecruiser and protect it from the Vaadwaur.
- “Alliances”: Two Octanti Retinues are sent to guard Ambassador Rerrick's flagship during negotiations with the Alliance representatives.
