Each package is Bound to Character, and contains one of FOUR qualities of Prize Tokens. Activating any Prize Token will grant you access to the Redemption Store. Prizes claimed from the Redemption Store will be bound to the character that redeems them, and none are account-wide unlocks.
Prize Tokens are Account-Bound and may be traded to other characters on your account using the Account Shared Bank.

The Phoenix Prize Pack is a prize pack containing one of five Prize Tokens of varying rarity - epic, ultra rare, very rare, rare and uncommon. These tokens can be exchanged for your choice of item from a selection of items that are no longer available any other way. A Prize Token can also be exchanged for 2 Tokens of the next-lower rarity, and 10 uncommon tokens can be exchanged for another Phoenix Prize Pack. It is only available from the Dilithium Store for 4,500 
, or 10 packs for 40,000 .

All prizes obtained via this promotion – including Starships – are Bound to Character, and do not result in any Account-Wide Unlocks. Prize Tokens are Account Bound. (See "Notes" section for a disclaimer.)

Notes
- Players (level 11 or above) can claim a free Phoenix Prize Pack once per account per day during any given promotion period, including a one time use Phoenix Replica Smallcraft admiralty card available from Grym on Drozana Station, or Onna at Deep Space Nine.
- Most items bought are not account unlocks, meaning you cannot reclaim a free replacement if you discard an item bought from the Phoenix Redemption Store. An exception to the rule is anything once featured in the Weekend Event Store, which becomes account reclaimable upon requisition.
- Certain items may still be available to purchase elsewhere in the game (i.e. the Zen Store), which currently includes the Mirror Hakeev Duty Officer available from the Mirror Universe Bundle, and the EMH Bridge Officer available from Mudd's Market.
