Injecting this prototype stimulant made from Unrefined Ketracel will have the effect of stimulating the body's natural production of adrenoline, improving one's damage capabilities. Prevents the use of an additional Hypo or a Shield Charge for several seconds.
A moderate duration self damage buff. Can only be activated out of combat.
