Psionic Resonance Enhancement Cell is a ground device that is available for purchase from the Chef at the Fleet Embassy for Fleet Credits and can be used to supplement the abilities of ground weapons.
This power cell enables any ground energy weapon to carry a Psionic Micro Resonantor [sic], which is capable of occasionally channeling a small portion of the user's psychic energy into a burst of extra damage aimed at their target.
This consumable cell will enhance ground weapons for 15 minutes. Only one enhancement cell may be active at a time.
