Quark Enterprises is a galactic business entity founded and owned by the Ferengi Quark, brother of Grand Nagus Rom and uncle to Starfleet Captain Nog.

After retiring, Grand Nagus Zek appointed Rom to the position of Grand Nagus, Quark decided the time was right to seek out new life and new civilizations and profit from them. Founding Quark Enterprises, he expanded from a single bar into numerous other pursuits including gambling, Risian tourism, alternate currencies and even entered into partnership with the being known as Q on occasion.

- Quark's Bar, still at its original location on Deep Space 9.
- Dabo with Leeta, featuring the holographic image of Quark's sister-in-law and former employee, found throughout the galaxy.
- The Lobi Crystal Consortium, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quark Enterprises; use Lobi Crystals from Lock Boxes to purchase special items. The Consortium has also partnered with such groups as the Risian Hospitality Association and Sluga Military Technology to bring Ferengi and Risian ships to captains willing to pay the costs... and an appropriate service fee.
