Radan Tribble is a Tribble: a cute, round, furry creature that purrs when touched. It has a tranquilizing effect on most races. Recently, a tribble was found in a dilithium ore processing facility on Troyius (on Troyius, Dilithium is natively referred to as radan). It had no food, and should have starved to death. This tribble, however, seemed to adapt to its enviroment, as tribbles often do, and actually started to feed on the dilithium ore. Its offspring are the center of great scientific research as these rare tribbles can actually excrete small amounts of dilithium ore when stroked. This tribble has no fear of Klingons or other hostile species.
