Cadet Razkii is a Saurian tactical Starfleet Cadet who is a part of the player's graduating Class of 2409.

“Graduation Day”: Razkii thanks the player for helping him pass a final exam and then points out T'Vrell, who also wishes to speak with them.- “Training Cruise”: Captain Taggart selects Razkii as the Security Officer for the player's first training cruise. After he is badly injured by Borg boarders, the player resuscitates him.

- Razkii is not available as a bridge officer for the player. Another Saurian however, Kolez, does become the player's second Tactical officer at the end of the tutorial.
