The Replica Thompson Submachine Gun is a ranged ground weapon that deals physical damage.
It can be obtained from the Captain Picard Bundle for 12,000 
, but only for character that purchased the bundle. Those who obtained it from a previous First Contact Day event, which ran from April 4th - April 18th, 2019, can reclaim it from the Dilithium store or Reclaim store found under Mission Journal / Event tab, on any character on that account.
Game Description[]
Archaic weaponry of this type has seen a curious resurgence via the popularity of a number of holonovels that depict ancient periods of Earth's violent history. This particular weapon has something of a cult following among avid fans of the "Dixon Hill" holonovel series which rose to prominence after the publishing of an expose on the Starfleet career of a former captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise, Jean Luc Picard.
Though only a replica, this item has (perhaps unwisely) been fully modified to act as a correlary to modern weaponry, and may used effectively in modern combat scenarios. It features multiple fully automatic firing modes.

- Interestingly enough, this item is converted to Mk X upon being slotted into the Upgrade Menu in a character at max Level, rather than the usual Mk XII for upgrade-able Markless items.
