The Romulan Historian is a NPC located on New Romulus. She is found in front of the small building near the warehouse (the same building on which the player climbs onto to receive the Staging Area Quartermaster accolade). She only gives one assignment for duty officers, Research History of New Romulus, which requires New Romulus Research credits.
