“Stranded in Space”: After experiencing problems with the ship's warp core, the crew drops the shields in order to save power for the antimatter containment field. Unprotected, the ship falls prey to Orion raiders. The player can save the crew from the Orions, but the ship is destroyed shortly after by a warp core breach. Although, If you are an engineer (Or get an Engineer to Help you), You can save the Azura, and after defeating the Orions, it will just warp away.
