Automated Adrenal Hypo
Friendly target receives a small periodic stimulant dose that will increase their movement speed and render them immune to Slow, Hold and Root effects. If they are reduced to zero hitpoints while the stimulant is active, it will automatically and immediately revive them with a portion of their hitpoints restored, consuming itself in the process. If the stimulant reaches the end of its duration without being used to resuscitate, it will instead instantly reduce the remaining cooldown on any of the affected friend's abilities.
