The Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser is a Tier 6 Battlecruiser which may be flown by Starfleet characters, including Federation-aligned Romulan Republic and Dominion characters. The faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.
Players can obtain this starship from a [Special Requisition Choice Pack - Tier 6 Promotional Ship Choice Pack], which has a very rare chance to drop from a [Promotional R&D Pack] or a [Promotional Duty Officer Pack]. This box is bound to you until a ship is chosen. The boxed ship is not bound and so may be traded to other players or bought and sold on the Exchange for energy credits under the name [Special Requisition Pack - Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser [T6]].
This ship could also be purchased as an account-unlock from the Zen Store as a possible choice from the Mudd's In Command Choice Pack as part of "Mudd's Market", available from November 24th, 2021. Like all items in the Market, the Bundle periodically goes on massive discounts (upwards of 50% during special promotional sales).

When it comes to top secret organizations, few things are as they appear, and the Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser is a master of deceptive appearances – provided your sensors will even pick it up. Its powerful stealth capabilities are backed by a giant swarm of fighters to overwhelm any foes it encounters, and its infiltration capabilities are unmatched.

|V||Secret Mission||While this trait is slotted, every several seconds in combat, you will receive a secret mission to take out a nearby enemy. When that foe gets out of range or is defeated, you will acquire a new marked foe as your new secret mission. The marked foe is less resistant to you, and when they are defeated, a swarm of Section 31 Attack Drones will spawn to hunt down other targets.|
The Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser comes equipped with the [Console - Universal - Forged Turncoat].
The Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser has a special type of cloak that allows the ship to "power down" and essentially run dark while not in combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon powering up known as Dark Mode. Dark Mode is visually unique, but functionally the same as a regular Cloak.
The Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser comes with a built-in Swarm Mode, Deploy Swarm. When activated, hundreds of fighter vessels will pour out of your ship, and fire on anything hostile that approaches you. A number of these drones will frequently peel off from the main swarm to attack any larger vessels that approach you.
Activating Swarm Mode will increase your ship’s maneuverability, but at a small price to hull capacity. Swarm Mode cannot be activated while Dark Mode is active.
The Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser supports the following cruiser commands:

This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (1.4 for the Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.
