- The Council Chambers of the Great Hall in First City
- Central area of Ganalda Station
- The Security Office on the Promenade of Deep Space 9
- On the tactical floor of a Fleet Starbase with unlocked Tier III Shipyard.
Each officer gives the same assignments.
