The Seneca-class Command Carrier is a Tier 6 Science Carrier which may be flown by Starfleet characters, including Federation-aligned Romulan Republic and Dominion characters. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store. This starship can be used from any level upon completion of the tutorial experience. As you level up, this ship gains additional hull, weapon slots, and console slots.

Players can obtain this starship from the Zen Store for 3,000 . This ship can be purchased individually, or as part of the Federation Command Carrier Bundle for 7,000 .

Purchasing this starship will unlock a Fleet Ship Module discount when purchasing the Fleet Hiawatha Command Carrier.

Overview

The original Hiawatha-type starship served Starfleet in the mid-23rd century as logistical and medical operational support. Built around a spine that could accommodate a large selection of modular mission pods, many of these ships saw service as freighters, fleet tenders, colony transports, and medical frigates. The pods were also large enough to serve as shuttle bays, allowing them to serve as small craft carriers, able to assist in rapid evacuations or disaster relief.

In the 25th century, Starfleet has revived the Hiawatha layout in the new Seneca-class starship. The Seneca continues the tradition of its predecessor as a carrier and logistical support craft.

These are very straightforward pets, intended to be a variant of the existing Runabout hangar pets that sacrifice their Tractor Beam in favor of a support/healing ability, Torpedoes: Nanite Repair Payload.

The Advanced variant of this Pet can be obtained from the Dilithium Store, while the Elite variant is obtainable from the Fleet Starbase with an unlocked Tier V Communications Array.

Inspiration Abilities

The Seneca Command Carrier features special Inspiration Abilities. Every time one of the team members activates a bridge officer ability, player gains an Inspiration point. When the player's Inspiration meter is full, the following abilities become available:

• Turn the Tide

Subsystem Targeting

The Seneca-class Command Carrier comes with built-in Subsystem Targeting abilities. These built-in abilities stay at Rank I and do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Science starships. They are separate from Subsystem Targeting abilities gained through Tactical Space Bridge officer abilities.

Activating a subsystem targeting ability will upgrade all energy weapons to inflict a stacking power drain on the foe's targeted subsystem for the next 10 seconds. They will also have a small chance to knock the targeted subsystem offline for a short duration.

This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (1.25 for the Seneca-class Command Carrier), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.

T6-X upgrade

By using an [Experimental Ship Upgrade Token], the Seneca-class Command Carrier may be upgraded to T6-X, unlocking an extra ship device slot, universal console slot, and the ability to slot an extra starship trait.

Note that upgrading the Fleet Hiawatha Command Carrier, the fleet version of the Seneca Command Carrier, will not apply the upgrade to this starship.
