This skill improves starship subsystem energy transfer, as well as abilities that benefit from power transfer.

Starship Electro-Plasma System is a skill available to all Starfleet and KDF Commanders. Each increment of this skill costs 2,000 skillpoints.

This skill improves the power transfer rate between starship subsystems; for example when transferring power from one subsystem to another. The more points a player spends in this ability, the faster ship energy will be transferred. As well as improving the power transfer rate of subsystems, it directly benefits abilities which involve power transfer, see below for examples.
