This device will quickly assemble a "snowman" as seen traditionally on the human homeworld of Earth during their Winter season. Through some unknowable contrivance, Q has managed to animate the snowmen constructed by this device, but only while he is hosting his Winter Wonderland event. If used outside of the event's annual time frame, the snowman will be static and unable to follow you.
