Game Description

The label on this box indicates that it is a variation of Plasma energy weaponry created by a group of Xindi-Arboreal scientists. These weapons use a variant of their existing Biomatter technology to apply a damage-over-time effect to all enemies in the explosion radius that occurs at the impact point. Whether the item contained herein is a ship weapon or a personal weapon remains a mystery until the box is opened. Whatever weapon is within will be scaled to match up with the level of the character that opens it.

Special Proc

Plasmatic Biomatter space weapons have a 2.5% chance to apply, in a 1km radius of the target: X Plasma Damage per sec for 10 sec (Ignores Shields) and -50% Flight Speed for 10 sec. The plasma dot is less per second then normal plasma weapons and last only 10 seconds compared to 15 seconds. However, it has the added bonus of applying a slow and being an aoe proc.

It is not bound and can be traded, mailed, sold or purchased from the Exchange.
