Special Equipment Pack - Wen's Raider H.U.D. Kit Frames has a chance to drop from the [Discovery: Emerald Chain Lock Box] and [Infinity Lock Box], available to players of all factions.
The box is not bound and thus it can be traded, mailed, sold or purchased from the Exchange. (At the Exchange, this pack can be found under "Reward Packs" tab.) Once opened, the kit frame within will Bind to Account on Pickup. You will also receive a new cosmetic helmet option which may be applied from any Tailor.
Game Description[]
This package contains a unique Kit Frame type that specializes in making the most from salvaged materials. Each time a defeated foe drops lootable materials, a special buff will also be created that can be picked up, which increases your ground combat capabilities for a time. Once you have collected a handful of these buffs, the Kit Frame will gain a chance to automatically trigger certain abilities to aid you in future conflicts.
Opening this package will reward you with a Kit Frame that is appropriate to your level and profession.
The ability used by the frame will be one of the following:
Engineering Proficiency I (Engineering Only)
- Team Shield HoT and Damage Resistance Buff
- Engineering Proficiency provides a damage resistance buff and a shield repair over time and to your entire team. Engineering Proficiency bonuses do not stack with other active Engineering Proficiencies.
Scientific Aptitude I (Science Only)
- Team HoT and Control Resistance Buff
- Scientific Aptitude provides a heal over time and adds control resistance (stuns, roots, disables, knocks and slows) to your entire team over the duration. Scientific Aptitude bonuses do not stack with other active Scientific Aptitudes.
Strike Team I (Tactical Only)
- Team Damage and Crit Buff
- Strike Team provides a damage, crit chance, and crit severity buff to your entire team over duration. Strike Team bonuses do not stack with other active Strike Teams.

Any captain opening this package will be granted a random kit of a Mark that is appropriate for their level. This kit has a chance of being Very Rare or Ultra Rare.
