These aftershocks do not damage the targets directly, but damage your enemies that are around the affected targets. 40% chance: to create a smaller Aftershock Wave on each target hit. Elachi Survivor: Increases all damage when in combat versus Elachi on both Space and Ground Maps. Stacks with other Elachi Warfare Duty Officers bonuses up to a max of 20%. +2% All Damage vs. Elachi

As of a patch release on April 4, 2013, the Photonic Studies Scientist no longer reduces the recharge time on Photonic Shockwave Torpedo.
