Specialization: Prisoner is a duty officer specialization within the 
Civilian department.
KDF Prisoners cannot be used by/for FED players/assignments or vice versa. Unlike most other duty officers, prisoners reside in the Brig list and do not count towards the crew roster maximum. The Brig list has a maximum of 20.

Prisoners can be bought from the in-game Exchange or can be obtained from Critical Successes on some military or espionage assignments, as well as marauding assignments for KDF players, [1] such as :
