The Starfleet Assault Cruiser Technology Space Set consists of three consoles:
- [Console - Universal - Metreon Gas Canisters]
- [Console - Universal - Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher]
- [Console - Universal - Incremental Phase Cloaking Device]
Metreon Gas Canisters can be used by players of any faction on any starship (only Federation variant is part of the set).
Incremental Phase Cloaking Device and Metreon Gas Warhead Launcher are only equipable on Assault Cruisers: Assault Cruiser, Mirror Universe Star Cruiser, Assault Cruiser Refit, Fleet Assault Cruiser Refit, Intel Assault Cruiser, Fleet Intel Assault Cruiser, Command Assault Cruiser, Fleet Command Assault Cruiser and the Legendary Sovereign Miracle Worker Assault Cruiser.
All three consoles can be put into any console slot.

Metreon Gas is highly unstable, but when properly stored, can be safely replicated and transported.
The Metreon Gas Canisters Console Mod allows the player to vent the gas from the ship's ramscoops and ignite it at will. The resulting explosions can be extremely devastating.

Game Description[ | ]
When activated, your starship will launch a warhead that rapidly travels toward your target. Upon impact it will release a large cloud of metreon gas at the target's location. Enemies within the hazard have their turn rate and impulse speed dramatically reduced and any cloaked enemies within the radius will have their cloak disabled. After a short time, the Metreon Gas cloud will detonate causing immediate heavy Plasma damage that partially bypasses shields.
This console provides a passive boost to the Engineering Readiness skill as well as a boost to Turn Rate.

- Self: Immunity to All Energy Damage for 10 seconds

Game Description[ | ]
When activated, your starship will taunt nearby enemies and begin to partially phase out. During this time, your starship will deal reduced energy damage, but will be immune to energy damage. After a short period of time you will briefly become fully phased out and be unable to attack or be attacked, before returning to normal phase.
This console provides a passive boost to the Tactical Readiness and Critical Hit Chance.
