The Starfleet Elite Force (Ground) set of three items is available for players of the Federation faction for advancing in the Task Force Omega track of the Reputation System. Acquiring the full Mk XI and Mk XII sets adds a project to unlock the M.A.C.O. costume option in the tailor.
M.A.C.O. Armor
Game Description
Polyalloy Weave Armor provides a good protection from physical attacks and some protection from energy based attacks.

M.A.C.O. Personal Shield

Game Description
Personal Shields protect you by absorbing most of the damage from energy-based attacks and a portion of the damage from physical attacks. Shields rapidly regenerate once they have not sustained damage for a brief period of time.

Game Description
Type 3 Compression Phaser Rifle. Sniper rifles have a secondary fire mode that shoots a concentrated bolt of energy at a single target, dealing high damage with a good chance to knockback. Phaser ground weapons have a chance to stun targets.
Designed to combat the Borg, this weapon has been equipped with an Energy Modulation Devices that has a chance to inflict extra damage against the Borg [sic].

- process that requires 15 seconds to recharge.
Costume
The MACO costume is unlocked by equipping a full set of gear. Each Mark differs.
Mark X: No visible effect. Appears as regular polyalloy weave.
Mark XI: While equipped and effect displayed, the wearer appears in MACO armour but without helmet or gloves.
Mark XII: The full costume, including helmet, is unlocked. Wearable via the Tailor.
