Statis Shell - Short (Advanced)

This consumable will shield the user from harm temporarily but will prevent them from attacking as well. It can only be used during PvP and Competitive PvE matches.

0.25 sec activate

1 min recharge

1/1 charges (max stack: 20)

For Ground and Space:

to self: Hold for 3 sec
to self: Regeneration disabled

For Ground:

Temporary Hit Points equal to 600% of Max Hitpoints for 10 sec

For Space:

(Must be at zero throttle to activate)

Temporary Hit Points equal to 500% of Max Hull Hitpoints for 10 sec

(Effect can be ended early by moving after Hold ends)
