The Agents of Yesterday story arc is a chain of missions exclusive to TOS Starfleet characters.

Released with the Agents of Yesterday expansion, the story takes off shortly after the player is assigned command to a starship by their former captain, Isaac Garrett. Explore the state of the Beta Quadrant in the 23rd century! Visit the Earth Spacedock and meet the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise. Travel to Edren IV and learn more about the peace treaty with the Gorn Hegemony which was brokered by the famous James T. Kirk. Defend the Federation territory from the expansionist Klingon Empire.

But the Klingons and the occasional Romulan deception are the least of Starfleet's worries. Multiple factions from past and future are fighting for control over the galactic timeline. History is being rewritten before your very eyes.
