Lieutenant Syfir is a Starfleet officer of an unknown race serving aboard Starbase 114, in the Celes System. He works the Alpha Shift in the cargo bays of the starbase, though prior to that he worked the Gamma shift. His record notes that his mechanical and computer aptitude scores are much higher than those of his peers.

“Celes System Patrol”: Lieutenant Syfir is the primary suspect in a string of recent incidents plaguing Starbase 114. Players discover that though Syfir is in fact responsible for the actions being investigated, he has been brainwashed into carrying them out by Lieutenant Commander Thiral.
