The T'liss Temporal Warbird is a Vice Admiral (Tier 6) level Romulan Warbird. It was available to players as a rare drop from the [Promotion! - Research & Development Pack] between August 25th and September 15th, 2016. It can also be found on the exchange.
Overview
The pride of the Imperial fleet in the 23rd century, the T’Liss-class has received the power of Molecular Reconstruction – and more. Her Enhanced Romulan Battle Cloak provides a keen edge in the field, and the ominous device within gives her captain access to the deceptive Corbomite Maneuver.
Variants
T'liss class
The T'liss class dates back to the 23rd Century, where one served as the flagship of the Romulan Star Empire. They are relatively simplistic in design, and feature a unique paint scheme depicting a bird of prey on the underside.
T'varo class
The T'varo class is based on a design used during the 22nd Century. Ships of this class, which were encountered by NX-Enterprise, were similar in design to the T'liss, but with sharper edges and a more dagger-like appearance. T'Varo follows standard avian-like design lineage of other Romulan vessels.
Malem Class
Malem class is a new costume variant, available exclusively through the C-Store purchase of the ship. Unlike sharp-edged T'Varo variant, which was utilized by both the Tal Shiar and Republic Insurgents, new Malem looks much more organic, but still follows standard avian-like design lineage.

V | Built To Last | After reaching level 5 in your Temporal Light Cruiser [T6], D7 Battlecruiser [T6] or T'Liss Temporal Warbird [T6] Starship Mastery, you will unlock the Built to Last Starship Trait. While this trait is slotted, activating a Hull Healing Bridge Officer ability will apply a weapon power cost reduction and a hull regeneration buff. The hull regeneration buff's effectiveness will increase when triggered at low hull strength. |
Abilities
The T'liss Temporal Warbird can utilize the Ominous Device universal console.
Singularity
As a Romulan Warbird, the T'liss Temporal Warbird comes with built-in Singularity abilities. These abilities do not automatically rank up when acquiring higher tier Warbirds. These powers build in severity based on the charge built up by the ship's Singularity Core.
Molecular Reconstruction
Temporal Starships are capable of making subtle alterations on the molecular level through the use of Molecular Reconstruction. This technology allows the starship to assume 1 of 3 different Configurations: Offensive, Defensive and Support.
- (+Max Engine Power, +Turn, +Flight Speed, -Incoming Hull Healing)
- (+Max Shield Power, +Incoming Hull Healing, -Turn, -Flight Speed)
- (+Max Auxiliary Power, +Exotic Damage, +Control Strength, -Energy Weapon Damage)
Each of the configurations generates its own specific counter, which is then used to fuel the Molecular Deconstruction Beam.
- (Scaling Physical DoT, Heals Hull, Disable)
Specialization Seating
The T'liss Temporal Warbird features two specialist seats: Commander Tactical/Temporal Operative bridge officer station and a Lieutenant Commander Universal/Pilot bridge officer station.
Standard Configuration
Romulan starships come with standard equipment and weapons of the lowest mark available at the ship's minimum rank. The items provided are appropriate to the type of vessel and its related playing style.

Scaling starship
This starship's equipment slots, base hull capacity and shield capacity scale as your level increases.
Equipment slots and seating
As you rank up every 10 levels, up to level 40, the ship's forward weapon slots, aft weapon slots, tactical console slots, engineering console slots, science console slots and available bridge officer (boff) abilities will slowly increase toward endgame capabilities:
Level | Boff seats | |||||

Hull strength
This table shows how the ship's hull strength scales at each level. The base hull of all scaling starships is 10,000, which is then multiplied by the ship's hull modifier (Expression error: Unexpected ( operator. for the T'liss Temporal Warbird), and then multiplied by the scaling multiplier below at each level.
