The Tactical Kit Module - (Passive) Ever Watchful can be acquired either by crafting it through the Kits and Modules R&D School, or by purchasing it on the Exchange.

Abilities[]

Special Ability: Ever Watchful I

You are constantly in an Overwatch mode, with higher damage resistance against attacks to yourself. In addition, enemies who hit you get a damage resistance penalty, and each attack has a small chance of Exposing the enemy.

This bonus is always active as long as you are in Combat. Disabled on Social Maps.

While in Combat, to self:

**To Target: +25.2 All Damage Resistance

**To Target: When you receive All Damage, 1% Chance of applying 8 sec Expose to damage owner.

**To Target: -25.2 All Damage Resistance for 5 sec to damage owner
