Their covert operation is founded on the fundamentals of paranoia and intrigue, ensuring that even operatives within the organization itself are not safe from its rughless inquisition.

The Tal Shiar Command Code you now hold in your hand is the key to unraveling the mysteries behind this organization's current efforts. Although useless without the proper access point, they can still be powerful bargaining tools in the right hands. After all, even the strongest chain has a weakest link.

Activating this device will allow you to send Duty Officers on a single Tal Shiar Infiltration assignment, garnering large commendation experience rewards. If the mission is a success, it will unlock additional steps in a series of assignments that will culminate in the recruitment of a Tal Shiar Defector Duty Officer. Each Command Code may also be used to run repeatable assignments for commendation experience and Romulan Marks.
