Commander Talem is a Romulan commanding the I.R.W. Ishae.
Missions involved[]
- “Memory Lane”: Talem confronts the player in his ship and reveals that he had sent a Romulan Republic officer of the opposing faction to Virinat in hopes that he and the player would kill each other. He takes solace in the fact that he will now be able to present their bodies to Hakeev. Talem is killed when the Ishae is destroyed by the player.
