I seem to get an instant heal, but this would suggest that it does not work that way. Perhaps it should be changed to reflect the large/medium instant shield heal it provides? 92.238.155.187 23:24, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
- Shield regeneration is an instant effect in game. Heal over time effects will have their durations explicitly stated instead. You're welcome to change the description if you think that will help clarify things though. Vyn 00:15, 18 February 2012 (UTC)

Ok, I never used a wiki, but I'm looking at the page and the numbers seem wrong. I have Science team II and I am a lvl 10 lieutenant commander.
I I trained my lietentant in the science team II skill and it says recharge is 1 minute 10 seconds and 600 shield regeneration.
So it looks like it was nerfed?
either way, it sure doesn't have a 30 second cooldown or 900 shield regen that the article says.
- The cooldown is 30 seconds if you put max skill points in it. Numbers vary based on if you are in space or on ground and/or where you allocate some of your skill points. It's not an exact science in the fact people edit the wiki all the time to match their numbers without taking into account these things. Asanad (talk) 16:43, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
