Harvest Materials (Ground): “Sphere of Influence” - 2 in the first area, beam out and return for them to respawn, “Diplomatic Orders” - 4 on Federation side. I have information regarding Federation side for "Diplomatic Orders". You can get all 6 Harvest Materials (Ground) with that mission. There are two harvest nodes on Vulcan over by the original entrance area for the regular beam down location for Vulcan. One is by the stairs and the other is over the rotunda further along from the stairs.
